Although I wasn't able to attend the Stampin' Up! Convention this year, I was able to see many of the projects that were demonstrated--thanks to my fellow demonstrators who took pictures and shared them with me.
One of the projects that was demonstrated was a flying bear card using the Under the Stars stamp set. While I was stamping with Jennifer on Monday, we figured out the basic assembly of the mechanical part of the card and, today, I finally sat down and created an actual card using this technique. This card is really similar to the one that was demonstrated at Convention, so I can't take credit for it's design.
You make the bear fly by pulling the tab at the bottom of the card. If you are interested in the inside workings of this card, feel free to email me at email@example.com. I'd also love to hear what you think!
